About the RCL Learnership

 

This 12-month learnership includes a mentorship and coaching program covering the baking process. It is SETA accredited, and successful candidates will receive a formal qualification endorsed by SAQA.

 

Learners will gain practical work experience required by RCL FOODS and the SETA throughout the learnership.

 

Through the Supreme Siyabhaka Academy, our program focuses on:

 

  • Nurturing and developing individual learners’ skills, creating employable young professionals in the baking industry.
  • Growing awareness of our baking brands as symbols of excellence and consistency.
  • Leading the industry by raising the standard of bakery products, enhancing consumer perceptions, and strengthening customer relationships.

 

Minimum Requirements

 

  • Grade 12 qualification with hospitality studies and maths literacy is essential.
  • Computer literate (MS Office) is advantageous.
  • Shows drive to achieve performance.
  • Willingness to learn and grow.
  • Creative, lateral thinker with a problem-solving approach.
