About the Internship

This position is ideal for a self-starter ready to take on multiple tasks and support the Customer Service Department in South Africa.

Siemens is looking for a young, dynamic individual who is ready to take on the challenge at one of the world’s leading technology companies.

 

Responsibilities

  • Working on SAP to book customer orders, post goods issue, create delivery notes, and invoice customers.
  • Performing other processes related to customer orders.
  • Being a finance business partner to the assigned Digital Industry Customer Service portfolio (support with reports and financial advice).
  • Attending to customer queries.
  • Revenue forecasting.
  • Actuals reporting.
  • Achieving set portfolio targets.
  • Managing Work-In-Progress orders.
  • Debtors’ management.
  • Providing feedback on finance matters related to your respective portfolio.
  • Supporting management and team with ad hoc tasks when required.

 

Qualification and Experience

  • Completed B.Com Degree in Accounting, Financial Management, Finance, or related field.
  • Little/No work experience in the related field.
  • Exposure to Microsoft Tools.
  • Interpersonal skills.
  • Communication skills, verbal and written.
  • Desire to learn.
  • Goal-driven.
  • Self-starter.
