Job Summary

Program: 12 Months (1 Year) EPWP Program
Position: EPWP General Workers
Location: Metrobus Various Depots and Outlets
Monthly Stipend: As per EPWP guidelines

Application Requirements:

• Complete the online job application form and attach all relevant and updated documents (Certified Qualification/s/Certificates, ID, and CV).
• Applicants may be required to provide proof of original documents during the selection process.
• Provide a brief description of your work experience relating to the vacancy.
• Applicants with membership to professional bodies need to provide a membership number and expiry date.
• Internal applicants must provide their employee number.
• Applicants are advised to use Google Chrome when applying for Metro Bus positions.

Essential Requirements:

• Minimum Grade 10 (NCV level 4).
• Applicants must be South African citizens residing in the City of Johannesburg Municipality with recent proof of address attached.
• Age range: 18 to 45.
• Only unemployed individuals will be considered.

Preference:

Designated groups: M/F Indians, M/F Whites, M/F Coloureds, M/F Africans, and PWD (Persons with Disabilities). All races that qualify.

Purpose:

• To create employment/work opportunities on a temporary basis.

• Interested applicants can apply by registering on the Department of Labour Employment Services South Africa database at www.labour.gov.za.
• Select the ESSA option, then the individual registration for employment tab, or alternatively complete the application at any Labour Centre.
