Requirements:
- NQF Level 2 or Grade 10 or equivalent qualification.
- Food Service experience in a clinical/hospital environment will be an added advantage.
- Priority will be given to EPWP/Interns.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to work in a team and under stressful conditions.
- Ability to work weekends, night shifts, and public holidays.

Duties:
- Preparation of normal and therapeutic diets as per standardised recipes.
- Portioning of meals according to the ration scale and prescription.
- Applying hygiene and safety measures in the factory according to HACCP rules and OHS standards.
- Lifting of heavy food service equipment.
- Responsibility for all allocated resources.
- Ability to relieve in all areas of the Cook Freeze factory when required.
- Willingness to undergo continuous training and development programs.
