What will you do?
As a Graduate Intern in Human Resources, you will gain practical exposure to HR administration support and coordination, covering the following areas:
- Recruitment, Selection, and Induction Processes:
- Advertising vacancies on recruitment portals.
- Shortlisting potential candidates from recruitment portals and agencies.
- Regular communication with candidates.
- Scheduling interviews and assessments for shortlisted applicants.
- Arranging orientation and induction for new hires.
- Preparing and sending out regret communication to unsuccessful candidates.
- Onboarding and offboarding employees.
- Completing background and risk checks for successful applicants.
- HR Processes and Employee Support:
- Handling employee enquiries related to HR processes.
- Compiling monthly HR reports.
- Diary management.
- Coordinating interviews, assessments, and HR onboarding sessions.
- Assisting with HR projects.
- Providing ad hoc support.
Qualification & Experience:
- Human Resources-related qualification.
- Understanding and knowledge of HR-related theory.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Any experience in this field is advantageous.
Knowledge and Skills:
