Qualifications:

To apply, you must possess a Degree or Diploma in one of the following fields:

• Diploma in Information Technology
• Higher Certificate in Information Technology (User Support Services)
• Information Systems
• Information Technology
• Computer Science
• NQF Level 4 IT Technical Support

Knowledge, Skills, and Experience:

Applicants must be:

• South African citizens
• Aged 18 – 33
• Basic computer literacy (MS Office, Google Suite)
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Able to work independently
• Willing to learn
• Self-motivated
