Programme Purpose

• To provide graduates with various practical skills to enable easy integration into the workplace.
• To provide graduates with on-the-job work experience in their chosen fields of study.
• To provide exposure and understanding of operations within BTT.

Minimum Requirements

• No previous experience
• A valid South African Identity Document (SA Citizen)
• Completed Diploma or Degree in the following disciplines:
  • Chemical Engineering
  • Supply Chain Management / Logistics
  • Human Resources Management

Competencies: (Knowledge, skills, and abilities)

• Must be computer literate
• Ability to work in a logical and organized manner
• Ability to practice good workplace ethics
• Good communication skills (written and verbal)
• High levels of integrity and confidentiality
• Ability to work well in a team, and/or independently as required.
