Key Responsibilities:

  • Assisting with tasks such as scheduling meetings, preparing documents, maintaining files, and organizing HR-related materials.
  • Assisting the HR Consultant with recruitment-related duties.
  • Facilitating coordination and ensuring adherence.
  • Actively seeking opportunities to develop HR skills and knowledge, taking on additional responsibilities as assigned.

 

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Relevant HR qualification – Degree or National Diploma.
  • Keen interest in pursuing a career in HR.

 

Skills:

  • Excellent administration skills for handling volumes of data in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills, including proficiency in Excel.
  • Attention to detail and ability to multi-task.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Strong customer service orientation.
  • Committed team player.
