Job Objective

Job Description

• Achieve Contracted Service Level Agreements: Be available to cardholders, branches, and merchants to provide informational support.
• Customer Experience: Deliver service excellence and achieve customer satisfaction.
• Compliance and Risk Management: Fulfill all activities in adherence to relevant control, compliance requirements, and quality standards.

Education

Further Education and Training Certificate (FETC) in Business, Commerce, and Management Studies (Required).
