The intern in this role will work under the guidance of the Digital Content team to review, create, and publish news across all eNCA digital platforms.

Job Description

Digital Content Producing:

• Cut videos/bytes for article pages.
• Write articles assigned by the Web Editor based on channel scripts.
• Edit show content accurately and upload it on YouTube.
• Cut and upload reporter crossings, live interviews, and packages on YouTube.

Digital Social Media Coordination:

• Promote eNCA.com content on eNCA social media platforms.
• Promote eNCA channel shows, current affairs shows, and live interviews.
• Publish video content on social media.
• Publish full interviews, reporter crossings, and packages to YouTube.

Digital Web Editing:

• Attend diary meetings.
• Stay updated with top stories identified in the editorial diary meeting.
• Ensure content including articles, captions, images, videos, and breaking news published on eNCA digital properties are grammatically, factually, and editorially accurate.
• Constantly provide direction to the team on shift.

Qualifications:

National Diploma in Journalism and/or Media Studies.

Language:

English
