Compensation Fund

 

The Department of Employment and Labour (Compensation Fund) invites qualifying applicants to apply for Developmental Programmes (Structured Youth Development and Graduate Internship Programme) for the financial year 2024/26.

 

The Developmental Programmes are meant to provide work exposure to graduates and undergraduates for the period of twenty-four (24) months.

Requirements:

  • Applicants must be unemployed.
  • Must have never participated in the Developmental Programme previously.
  • Must be between the age of 18-35.
