Responsibilities:
- Determine stock to be merchandised
- Draw stock requirements
- Check vintage, product quality on the shelf, stock rotation, and price tags
- Execute merchandising activities as per cycle brief
- Provide feedback on customer complaints, queries, and requests
- Communicate and maintain knowledge of product and promotions
- Record merchandising activities effectively
- Execute calls as per the call cycle
- Advise RSM on out-of-stock products.
Requirements:
- Age between 18 and 28 years old
- Grade 12 (passed Mathematics and English)
- Duration of the program: 6 months (August 2024 – January 2025).
