Job Summary
This permanent position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your skills in a fast-paced environment. You will be responsible for a variety of administrative and pricing-related tasks, ensuring accurate and timely processing.
Responsibilities
- Handle customer claims: investigate, ensure correct coding, validate, and release.
- Maintain customer price books in accordance with Clover standards.
- Process claims efficiently within set timeframes (SLA).
- Prepare documentation for buyers.
- Administer pricing: prepare, load, reconcile deals, and ensure timely and accurate capture in the system.
- Manage customer pricing claims and follow up on price queries.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with internal and external customers.
- Provide reports to Key Account Managers.
- Liaise with debtors on a daily basis.
Requirements
- Grade 12 or NQF4 equivalent qualification.
- Fluent in Business English.
- Advanced Excel proficiency.
- Code 10 driver’s license required.
