Job Description
Hyundai Automotive South Africa is looking for a Procurement Administrator at one of its business units in the Parts Distribution Centre. The purpose of the Procurement Administrator is to control all documentation and communication related to costing, process goods received into stock and communicate with relevant parties on ETAs, receipts, and relevant information relating to stock receipts.
Specific Role Responsibilities
- Manage and respond to all email queries daily.
- Follow up and report on all shipments en route.
- Communicate with the Warehouse continuously on physical stock received.
- Communicate with all suppliers and clearing agents on all necessary documentation and queries on ETAs and differences in receipts.
- Ensure all stock is costed correctly with all relevant upliftment costs accounted for.
- Report daily and weekly on pipeline and receipts.
- Manage filing of all relevant documentation.
Qualifications and Experience
- Grade 12.
- Diploma/Degree in logistics or supply chain management.
- Experience in Supply Chain/Costing Administration.
- Experience within the automotive industry is advantageous.
Skills and Personal Attributes
- Customer orientation and knowledge of customer service.
- Strong administrative approach.
- Organizational, time management, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail.
- Ability to conduct data analysis.
- Strong communicative skills both verbal and written.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Outgoing and strong personality.
