Job Description

• Administration of activation and event
• Work on the Chase Platform creating briefs & Loading Cost Estimates
• Assist with procurement and supplier briefings
• Updating Status reports & Recons
• Client interactions on job-related tasks
• Ensuring our services that meet the quantity and quality expectations of the organization
• Other adhoc duties

Qualifications

• Pursuing Diploma, Bachelors in Marketing and Communications or a related field
• Excellent PowerPoint, word & Excel skills
• Excellent communication skills, both oral and written, with the ability to express ideas clearly and concisely
• Energetic and agile to work on deadline-driven projects
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment
• Strong work ethic and listening skills ethic while also being able to tackle multiple projects at once.
