Responsibilities:

• Follow instructions and complete tasks assigned by your superior to meet daily targets.
• Implement procedures that enhance customer satisfaction.
• Assist with stock-take procedures.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area daily.
• Perform double checks to ensure accuracy and prevent inventory loss.
• Consistently achieve set operational goals.
• Manage binning of stock: ensure proper binning, timely action on documents, and accurate filing.
• Allocate daily time to destroy unsaleable/faulty imported goods.
• Assist with checking RFC goods when binning tasks are complete.
• Work effectively in other departments as needed.

Qualifications:

• Grade 12 or equivalent qualification.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Clear criminal record.
