Purpose of the Job:
This position is responsible for logging claims and facilitating the returns process to various suppliers. The person in this role will perform necessary follow-ups and ensure the returns process is completed.
Job Objectives:
- Log receiving and warehouse claims.
- Liaise with buyers and suppliers.
- Follow up on claims and resolve them within SLA.
- Resolve customer-related queries.
- Assist in stock movement from the Quarantine area back to the warehouse.
- Process stock adjustments.
- Process credit notes.
- Liaise with the telesales department regarding customer queries.
- Log claims to suppliers when needed.
- Assist with supplier upliftments.
- Perform stock investigations relating to customer return queries.
- Assist with other duties and departments according to operational requirements.
Qualifications:
Grade 12 qualification.
Experience:
- 1+ years experience in a similar role in a warehouse environment.
- 1+ years relevant admin work experience.
Knowledge and Skills:
- Highly computer literate with proficiency in email, MS Office, and related business and communication tools.
- Excellent communication skills– fluent in English and at least one other official language.
- Meticulous attention to detail.
- Ability to accurately follow instructions.
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
