Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver Talent Acquisition (TA) operational excellence to ensure a seamless hiring experience for stakeholders.
• Leverage digital tools and provide TA data and insights to stakeholders, including recruiting managers, HCBPs, and youth/graduate programmes.
• Proactively manage dependencies between internal and external stakeholders, including outsourcing partners and CoEs.
• Use people technologies, tools, platforms, and systems to enhance productivity and streamline TA operations.
• Ensure adherence to the risk and governance framework, mitigating potential risks effectively.
• Maintain high standards of data integrity, ensuring compliance with People and Culture data policies.

Qualifications

Candidates must meet the following criteria:

• South African citizen aged 18–30.
• Fluent in English (speak, read, and write).
• Completed an undergraduate degree in Social Sciences.
• Computer literate.
• Not permanently employed.
• Maximum of 2 years of work experience.
• Not currently studying at any institution.
• Not registered in any other learnership.
