Key Purpose:
To issue, receive, and maintain inventory levels so that customers receive the right quantity and quality of spares, equipment, raw materials, and tools as per their specific needs.
Key Duties & Responsibilities:
- Receive and issue inventory.
- Solve situational problems.
- Enforce and maintain safety and housekeeping standards.
- Provide inventory information.
- Compile and issue documentation and reports.
- Report on disposed waste/obsolete material.
- Monitor delivery schedules.
Qualification & Experience:
- Minimum of Grade 12 or equivalent with Mathematics.
- Stores/inventory management certificate.
- 2 years of store experience.
- Computer literate.
- SAP and Excel experience will be an advantage.
- Clean criminal and credit checks.
Knowledge:
- Store and inventory management principles.
- Safety and housekeeping policies and procedures.
- Computer software.
