Responsibilities

Activities
- Perform all tasks and activities as per the role requirements.
- Raise maintenance and hygiene issues to Management for prompt attention.
- Adhere to all reasonable requests issued by Management.
- Comply with company procedures, including health and safety regulations.
- Assist with operational/execution support activities and tasks specific to your business area. This may include:
- Adhering to and maintaining set productivity and performance assessment standards.
- Completing all administrative tasks to the required standard.
- Performing operational duties per instruction and under supervision.
- Contributing to activities that support exceptional task performance and customer experience.
- Engage in continuous learning and development opportunities.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Matric certificate.
- TVET/FET qualification (in a relevant discipline) such as:
- Human ResourcesMarketing
- Marketing
- Supply Chain
- IT
- SHEQ
- Engineering
- Knowledge of general hygiene good practices.
- A strong desire for continuous learning and growth.
- A focus on service excellence and customer relations.
Skills & Competencies
- Excellent communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Reporting and presentation skills.
- Analytical and creative thinking abilities.
- Ability to learn and apply new rules and procedures.
- The ability to be mobile within the Gauteng geographical area (if applicable).
