This is a fantastic chance to gain valuable skills and experience in the retail sector with one of South Africa’s leading supermarket chains.

Eligibility Requirements:

• Candidates must be under 29 years old.
• Must possess a Matric certificate.

Stipend

• Participants in the Learnership program will receive a monthly stipend of R3,500.
• It is important to note that completion of the program does not guarantee job placement. However, the experience and skills gained during the learnership will be highly beneficial for future employment opportunities.

About the Learnership Program:

The program is SETA-accredited and will provide a comprehensive blend of theoretical and practical training:

1. Theory Sessions: The first 10 days will consist of intensive classroom-based learning, covering essential topics relevant to the retail industry.
2. Practical Training: For the remaining duration of the learnership, participants will receive hands-on training in-store. Each participant will be paired with a dedicated in-store mentor who will provide guidance and support throughout the training period.
3. Monitoring and Verification: Continuous monitoring and verification procedures will be in place to ensure the quality and effectiveness of the training.
4. Final Assessment: At the end of the program, participants will undergo a final assessment and moderation to evaluate their learning and performance.
