Trans-Africa Projects (TAP) invites qualified people to apply for HR and IT internships on the YES Programme based in Johannesburg.
Trans-Africa Projects (TAP) is owned by Eskom and Fluor and has been in operation for over 20 years. They boast a team of highly experienced professionals dedicated to providing innovative and cost-effective solutions across the entire power generation spectrum.
TAP remains the leader in providing local and international high-voltage transmission, sub-transmission, distribution and electrification projects, ranging from 765 kV to 11 kV.
About the Trans-Africa YES Programme
TAP is proud to offer the YES Programme, a unique 12-month paid traineeship designed to equip young, talented individuals with the skills and experience they need to thrive in the HR or IT fields within the power generation industry. As a Yes Programme Trainee, you’ll gain invaluable practical experience working alongside highly experienced teams and will be involved in real-world projects.
Requirements
- Matric
- Recent graduates with a Diploma or Degree in Human Resources (HR) or Information Technology (IT).
- South African citizen between the ages of 18 and 34.
- Unemployed candidates who are not enrolled in full-time studies and can fully commit to the 12-month YES Programme.
- A clean criminal record is mandatory.
NB This program is not open to previous Yes Programme participants.
